DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Use full strength. Always color test in inconspicuous area before application.

1. Food and Drink Stains: Clean up food or drink spills, remove excess debris, blot up excess liquid. Apply directly to odor or stain source. Leave 5 to 10 minutes. Clean with damp cloth. Repeat as necessary to completely remove your stain.
 
2. Highly effective in removing all types of unpleasant odors and stains associated with bacterial decomposition. 5. Blood Stains: Do NOT wet in water first. New or old, spray B.O.S.S.™  generously. Leave 5 to 10 minutes. Clean with a damp cloth or put in washer. Repeat as necessary.
Caution: If sprayed in eyes, may cause eye irritation. Flush with plenty of water.
Hands/Skin: Contact with hands can cause a mild but temporary whitening effect. Wash hands thoroughly. If Swallowed: Irritation may occur to throat. Drink plenty of water.

Thank you for your question, We do not have our products in stores. Assuming the carpet is still out, these are the products you would use. you did not tell us, what type of flooring was under the carpet, and if the black spots from the urine were all over or just around the edges. So, we are going to assume the worst.
This is what you would need:
Brand new pump-up garden sprayer to apply the product.
4 gallons of B.O.S.S.
2 gallons of NOC
2 gallons of Germ Doc.
5 All Purpose Granule

The downstairs of my house smells like mildew

It is built on slab, on the down slope of a hill. I was thinking of putting bowls of your All Purpose granules out on a couple of tables, but don’t know which of your products to buy. What do you suggest? Thanks – Chris,

Is your downstairs carpeted? Is the downstairs finished or unfinished? The Germ Doc. is for mold and mildew, We also use other products along with it. Have you had a leak? Or it just does not get enough light? The Odor Crushing Packs are used in basements or downstairs. Read on these products and give me some more information and I can help you more.
Downstairs is both finished and carpeted. It just doesn’t get enough light, and in the winter, we get a lot of moisture, because there is a natural spring just next door. Many thanks for your attention. Chris,
I am sending you some of the pages from the website as attachments. Use the B.O.S.S. and Germ Doc on carpet, and any place else you can smell mildew. As you get rid of some of the odor, you will be able to search out the rest. Use the All Purpose Granule and leave on at least 5 days but no longer than 7 days. I would also recommend the Odor Crushing Packs in the basement, they are good for two years as long as you follow the instructions. They pull odor and moisture. I am here, if you have more questions.

Toliet spill occurred in the first floor bathroom

Hello…

Thank you for a timely response. The spill occurred in the first floor bathroom. No carpet, just linoleum . Bathroom, approximately, 5 X 9 square ft. Is situated over basement. Spill seeped down through floorboards onto basement concrete floor. About a 10 X 10 square ft. area of the concrete floor was wet, or the area directly under the bathroom. Nj is home. This happened months ago. After all I’ve done, the odor still make it’s presence known. I’m still fighting it!!
I’ve tried several products 2 gallons Nilodor Bio-Enzymatic Urine Digester, full strength & diluted, applied with 3 gallon pump sprayer, to bathroom floor, basement ceiling & floor area.

This is an old house, I’ve found the bathroom floor is not exactly level. I poured the product on the floor & watched as it dripped down on the basement floor, that is the area where I concentrate spraying to the bathroom floor, basement ceiling & floor area. Hope this helps you to help me!!!

This is what I would do, if I came to your home on a Contract Job.
I will refer you to pages to read, so you will know why I am recommending these products and you can see why the products you have used did not work.

You are going to have to make things wet again. Is the linoleum in good shape?
Are you ready to remove it, to get to the source of the problem?

I would take the N O C and mix it 2 parts warm water (not hot) to one part
N O C and apply wherever the bad stuff went, the odor is going to get real bad, because it activates the bad stuff. Then your odor will start going down in 45 minutes and continue to go away.

Put fans on the area, until all is completely dried.

Then I would take the Germ Doc and mist all area.

Vintage clothes

I bought a costume that was stored in a dry cleaning bag for several years. I read somewhere that spirits water on the fabric and layering zeolite rocks for a few days would pull out the stale smell. Is this true? Is so, which of your products would work best?
I’ve used Febreze on it which helped a little, but the strong scent is still there.

The Febreze has a odor of it’s on, so all it did was cover or mask the odor.
You always have to use products that have no odor. Eliminate odor, don’t try to cover it up, when the
cover up odor is gone, you are left with your original odor.

You can spray Natures Air on the item, first.
Then use the All Purpose Granule or Odor Crushing Packs.
The All Purpose Granule can also be used in the washing machine and the garbage disposal.

Working with carpet and odors.

Hi: I have an indoor/outdoor carpet that became saturated with water. It is made from a type of plastic. It has dried and there is a definite mildew odor in the room. Can this product be applied to the carpet and take care of the odor successfully? Germ Doc.

Chris, yes, the Germ Doc.  can take care of the problem, by spraying it on the indoor/outdoor carpet. If you have a large area, it would be easier to use a pump up garden sprayer to apply the product. It does have to be a brand new sprayer.You did not tell me if this was glued down or not? If it is, I would also use some All Purpose Granule on it after it is dried. Always use fans in an area when you are working with carpet, to have plenty air circulation. I have added two attachments:

Note: it is important to keep pets from area until all the granules have been vacuumed up because the odor will not be totally gone until that time and the pet may re-soil the area. You can always cover the area by using furniture or an upside down basket..

Hi, My name is Marsha and I have a Question for you. I have a wooden futon and somehow the carpet got wet under one of the legs. When I moved the futon I noticed a black mark in the carpet where the leg was. I am guessing it is mildew. It is also on the bottom of the leg of the futon.
