- During a damage claim to N.O.G.C. / Natures Odor & Germ Control, U.P.S. will need these items:
- A photo showing the damaged item and how the product was packed inside the box
• A photo of the damaged item
• A photo of the packaging material used by N.O.G.C.; this is for the U.P.S. claim
• A close-up photo of the shipping label with the tracking number (generally starts with 1Z6XF824)
• Two photos showing all six sides of the package (one showing the top and two sides, another leading bottom, and opposite sides)
Without enough supporting documentation, the processing of your claim could be delayed.
