Germ Doc. ™ meets EPA standards for hospital disinfectants. When used according to label directions, it inhibits the growth of fungi, mold, and mildew. It kills many common household germs, including Pseudomonas aeruginosa (Pseudomonas), Staphylococcus aureus, and Streptococcus faecalis, Influenza A / Brazil, 2009 H1N1 flu virus, and Trichophyton mentagrophytes (athlete’s foot fungus), HIV-1, Hepatitis B, and Hepatitis C.s. Germ Doc™ Kills gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.

It contains four top-quaternary: Octyl decyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, Dioctyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, Didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, Dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, plus other ingredients for complete top quality disinfectant.

Mildewcidal: Use full strength. Germ Doc ™ will effectively inhibit the growth of mold, mildew, and the odors caused by them when applied to surfaces. If you can use a water-based cleaner of a surface, you can use Germ Doc there. Always use Germ Doc ™ full strength and allow it to dry on the surface.

Fungicidal: Use full strength. Effective against Trichophyton mentagrophytes (athlete’s foot fungus) when used on surfaces in areas such as locker rooms, dressing rooms, shower, bath areas, exercise areas. Bacterialcidal, pseudomonicidal, staphylocidal, tuberculocidal, virucidal.

RECOMMENDED FOR USE IN Hospitals, nursing homes, schools, colleges, public restrooms, veterinary clinics, dental offices and labs, food processing plants, pet shops, kennels, breeding and grooming establishments, airports, hotels and motels, confined animal houses, households (kitchens, sinks, bathrooms, pet areas or just anywhere). One quart will treat an area approximately 75 to 100 square feet. One Gallon will take care of 300 to 400 square feet.
Directions For Use:
Apply full strength to walls, floors, and other hard surfaces such as tables, chairs, lawn furniture, countertops, sinks, toilets, urinals, tiles, hampers, porcelain, and bed frames.
1. Use Germ Doc. ™ to clean kitchen counters after cutting up meat and poultry so you will not have to worry about ecoli. Allow to remain wet for ten minutes and let air dry or wipe dry.
2. Clean bathrooms and showers with Germ Doc. ™

Mold and mildew in the carpet-
Use the Germ Doc ™ – BOSS ™— and Carpet Granule

The three-step process:
1. Spray BOSS on the carpet and wait 30 minutes.
2. Spray Germ Doc. ™ on the rug until very wet; wait 45 minutes, then clean rug as usual.
3. Sprinkle Carpet Granule on the carpet and leave for four to five days before vacuuming. One jar of Carpet Granule will treat about 300 sq. feet.
Germ Doc ™ works excellent to control diseases in pet areas such as canine & feline parvovirus and many others. Spray all areas and let air dry or wipe dry.
